21The Council shall provide the following information to the Minister in a manner and form specified by the Minister:
(a)
on or before the 30th day of April in each year, a preliminary unaudited financial statement for the preceding fiscal year; and
(b)
on or before the 30th day of June in each year, the audited financial statements and the auditor’s report on financial statements for the preceding fiscal year.
